Historic Legacy of Bryker Woods Scout Hut - est 1955
Among the troop’s lasting legacies is the Scout Hut built in 1955 on the campus of Bryker Woods Elementary. The 62-year-old structure, constructed by adult Scout leaders with help from Scouts, has hosted troop, Cub Scout, Girl Scout and school meetings and activities ever since. The centennial celebration kicks off a fundraising campaign for hut repairs to serve youth for another 100 years.
